I grew up in a small town in central Arizona. I'm the youngest of six children, and was born to parents who joined the Church shortly before the birth of my oldest brother.  I was born in 1983, and am 24 years old as I write this.

I attended Northern Arizona University, and graduated with a bachelors degree in Astronomy. I can't wait to go back.  I have two children, and have been married for nearly four years now.

I currently live in the Phoenix area and stay home with my two kids.

I am a feminist. Though it may sound odd it was stay at home mothering that ultimately led to my feminism. For awhile I struggled with some things about the church and what those things meant for women, but on the whole I am content now.

I serve as the Primary Chorister in my ward. The kids seem to like me and I enjoy being around them. On the other hand I'd love to have more adult interactions, and adult discussions of gospel topics, which is where LDS blogging comes in.  I found the bloggernacle two years ago, and have been hooked ever since.
